Meet Taylor ♡

Taylor has always been someone who finds joy in the simple things — being outside, exploring somewhere new, camping, fishing, spending time with family or a quiet evening at home with a good book and a cup of tea.

Her journey into hairstyling began with a love of creativity and connecting with people. Taylor graduated from the hairstyling program at MC College in 2024 and joined the Wild Dahlia team that November. She feels incredibly grateful to be growing her career in a space that values a holistic approach to beauty as well as education for both stylists and clients so they can learn to embrace what is naturally theirs.

As a hairstylist, Taylor combines her love of creativity with something she cares deeply about: helping people feel good in their own skin. She especially loves working with curls and natural texture, as well as creating soft, dimensional colour that feels natural and grows out beautifully.

Taylor puts a lot of emphasis on truly getting to know her clients — their hair, their routines, their goals, and the things they may have struggled with over the years. She believes that healthy, happy hair is a journey, not something that can always be achieved in a single appointment. Building a relationship with her clients allows her to work alongside them over time, making changes at a pace that feels right and helping them understand and care for their hair along the way.

When you sit in Taylor’s chair, her hope is that you feel listened to, cared for, and never like you have to be anything other than yourself.
