Salon Policies

  • Cancellation - Respectfully, cancellation of services require 24 hours notice or a 50% service fee will be charged.

  • Curly Appointments - All curly/wavy clients must come to their appointment with their hair 1st or 2nd day clean with minimal product and no elastics or clips please. This allows your stylist to adequately see your natural curl pattern and give you the best cut possible. All curl cuts are started with dry hair, prior to the cleansing and styling service.

  • Product & Service Return - if you are unhappy with your service or product, please communicate with the salon via phone or email within 1 week of original service. Product exchanges are in person only. Redo’s are a no charge service as long it was an unsatisfactory job; if the redo is because the guest has changed their mind of what they wanted done, full payment will be required.

  • Credit Card Required - credit cards will be securely kept on file, if a guests cancels with less than 24 hours notice a 50% fee will be charged. You will NOT be charged before your scheduled appointment.

  • Tardiness - late clients can derail a day, it is up to your stylist if they decide to take a late client or if they change the type of service performed . This is to keep your stylists day running smooth and not running behind for all consecutive guests in the day.

  • Health & Wellness - For the safety of staff and clients we ask that if you feel unwell or are sick 24 hours prior to your appointment please call us to reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee will NOT apply to keep everyone healthy.

  • Salon Conduct - This is an all-inclusive professional space where unkind and inappropriate language/behavior will not be tolerated.
